ChannelFit offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all report purchases.

If you are not satisfied with your ChannelFit report, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. You do not need to provide a reason.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.com Market Ltd, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all ChannelFit orders. To request a refund:

  • Go to paddle.net and look up your order using the email you used at checkout, or
  • Contact ChannelFit support with your order ID and we will arrange the refund with Paddle.

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Situations always covered

  • The report fails to generate.
  • You are charged but do not receive access to your report.
  • There is a technical delivery error on our end.
  • You made an accidental or duplicate purchase.
  • You change your mind within the 30-day window.

Important note about AI reports

Before purchase you confirm: "I understand this is an AI-generated strategy report. It does not guarantee views, revenue, rankings, subscribers, or YouTube performance." The 30-day refund right above still applies regardless of whether the recommendations meet your subjective expectations.
